Office space located in a two-storey building at 4 Andrejostas Street is offered for lease by the Andrejsala's real property developer SIA Jaunrīgas attīstības uzņēmums. The location is in the south part of the Andrejsala district, easily accessed on foot (the nearest tram stop is about 300 metres away) and by bike. A meter-free car park operates about 100 metres from the office building.
The structure itself was constructed in early 20th century, which makes it one of the longer-standing Andrejsala's buildings alongside with the decommissioned power station, the old grain elevator and the Krasta railway station. It began as the office of Rīga's herring quality control, until conferred to the use by the port. During the last two-and-a-half years, the artists' residence Singalong has been active in the building.
