Warehouse space, located in a building at 4a Andrejostas Street in Andrejsala, is offered for lease by the area's real property development company SIA Jaunrīgas attīstības uzņēmums. The rentable space is separated from the adjacent warehouses by metal grating. There are two sliding double-leaf doors on either side of the rentable warehouse. The warehouse space is connected to a security alarm system.

The location is in the central part of Andrejsala, which makes it accessible by car, bike, on foot (it takes about 5 minutes from the nerest tram stop) or other means of transport. There is also a car park near the building's entrance.
